I must say a huge Thankyou to Hugh for helping me on the road to recovery with my RA. Hugh understands my pain and really makes the process of seeing a doctor so refreshing and different. His specialist knowledge in Rheumatology can be so helpful in helping me understand my disease but at the same time is very funny and always likes a joke. Top man Hugh. All I can say is please please Hugh do not retire as you are a legend. Many thanks Edward Gilsenan age 43

Dr Jones has always been able to clearly explain the various aspects of my arthritis in a manner that is informative and educational without being overwhelming or condescending, and he has helped me navigate the NHS processes to ensure I receive the appropriate care. I have seen a significant improvement in my quality of life since being treated by Dr Jones. In addition to his ability to explain the key medical and admin issues he is also one of the most personable Doctors I've had dealings with and he is a genuinely pleasant person to deal with. For as long as it's required I hope to remain under his care.

I think Dr Jones is very understanding to the condition that I have he does not make you feel that you are a problem when you see him I have confidence in him as I think most of his patience's do.
